Our Course

Feel fully prepared for the arrival of your little one – whether it’s your first or fourth baby. Our antenatal course is designed for you.

Why choose our Antenatal Courses?

We offer a modern alternative to the usual antenatal course. We have sessions led by different pregnancy and baby experts each week meaning you get the most up to date information from practising experts. The blended learning approach means you’ll get 5 weeks and 6 hours worth of classroom based in person sessions and a further 6 hours of video content which will be yours to watch at your leisure. Of course, our experts will be on hand throughout the duration of the course to answer any questions that may arise!

With Beautiful New Beginnings, you’ll get time and attention to explore what’s important to you. We’ll show you how to make the most of your birth experience, provide you with valuable information about the stages of labour, the different types of pain relief and births, and the care you and your new family will receive after your baby is born.

The information we give is honest, practical and we help you to explore all of the options available to you and your family so that you can make informed decisions regarding your labour, birth and beyond.

Our maximum class number of 8 couples ensures plenty of time for questions and answers and to meet other parents to be.

Our face to face sessions are backed up with online video content to access at your own leisure as many times as you like. So with 5 weeks and 6 hours in the classroom, plus 6 hours of video content, you’ll be more than prepared for your next big adventure.

What our parents say about us…

“As a parent-to-be I am reading a lot of trying to get as much information I can. But the structure of the course and the professionals who deliver the session put things in perspective by also sharing their experience. I reccommend it to all new parents. Thank you Carolyn for all your help.” Za Zi Dad to be

“A really good value for money course which goes through all the basics of childbirth, initial care for baby and how to prepare. Picked up some valuable tips and ideas, thanks Carolyn” Naomi

“My wife and I really enjoyed these classes. Cal and the session leaders really know their stuff and everyone is very friendly. I can highly recommend Beautiful New Beginnings to all other parents to be. They’ve helped me gain confidence and get to grips with the new skills I’ll be needing in a few months time! Baby first aid was especially reassuring and was a fun class, too! Well done!” Aaron now dad to beautiful twin boys

“Tonight is our last session and we can’t believe how fast the 6 weeks have gone. Each session has been brilliant and packed with so much information. As a first time mum to be and a complete surprise for us both….we started off completely clueless and leave feeling so much more confident about this amazing journey we are about to start together. Huge thanks to Carolyn and everyone who helped put the sessions together. We couldn’t recommend you more.” Sarah

“Carolyn has coordinated a fabulous 6 week course that was invaluable for me and my (rather reluctant!) partner. The sessions were homely and nurturing yet very informative; covering a range of topics and providing us with ideas, tips, safety guides, practical learning and basically how to get through labour and the first few weeks with our new little bundle. Carolyn and the session leaders were very easy to talk to and really welcoming, as were the couples on the course too. My partner had to miss the final session due to work commitments and was gutted! Thank you, beautiful new beginnings ♡” Lucy

“Great informative course. The 6 weeks absolutely flew over unfortunately. Carolyn is brilliant and always willing to help you out, even outside the course times. Highly recommended” Emma

positive review  Attended the starting school and school readiness course today and can’t recommend it enough. I think we all have a little idea what stage we would like our children to be at when they start school but attending today really pointed out what was most important. The course offered some invaluable advice and techniques on how to give our children the best start to reception and the important things to focus on. I would definitely recommend this course to any parents of children due to start school.
